Once a month lawn maintaince can be done but I wouldn’t recommend this package due to the fact once spring comes around plants, bushes, grass & etc. All the natural elements feel the warmer climate there’s no stopping it from growing. The cost can vary due to how overgrown the lawn is.
Bi weekly maintaince
includes weed control around beds of the home, Mowing , Edging , Weed eating , Blowing & light trimming of bushes as needed.
This package is one i recommmend for most of my clients due to the fact they want to keep their home in check but dont want to spend as much to keep it looking clean & maintained. Bi weekly maintaince starts around the same time as the beginning of spring. March - early December. This will include 2 - 3 visits per month. starting at $50 but could go up depending on lawn size.

I would love for all my clients to make this choose since i believe this package will give us more time to focus on providing them with the best service available. starting March thru late December. This will mean 4-5 visits per month. starting price at $200 a month but can vary due to the size of lawn. This package offers you all around care for your lawn so you don’t have contact multiple companies to do work on your lawn saving you time & money.

Overseeding can help you get back to the thick, lush, green lawn you’ve always wanted. by spreading grass seed over your existing lawn, you can thicken up the thin areas, and your lawn will start to look amazing again.

standing water, wet spots, or small puddles all of these problems can make a huge impacted to your home’s foundation. for example, structural deterioration & possible water in your basement, ruins your landscape, will attract mosquitoes and other pest if actions aren’t taken.

river rocks help slow soil erosion, making it great ground cover for your landscape beds. This ground cover will keep the soil in place and stop if from moving, protecting it from the elements, such as heavy rainfall.
